If you invest in a campaign, Fraction Kings — our partner that handles compliance — will collect additional information required for KYC (Know Your Customer) and securities law compliance, including government ID and financial documentation.

We share your information with: (a) Fraction Kings, our compliance partner, to facilitate securities offerings and investor verification; (b) service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and cloud hosting; (c) production companies whose campaigns you back, limited to the information necessary for them to fulfill investor reporting obligations; and (d) legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights. All third parties are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

Indie Planet is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.
